We offer the following room types and associated rate with reasonable prices. Rates are per room, quotes in Thai Baht and subject to 7% Government tax.

Term & Conditions:

• The above rates are subject to 7% Government tax and service charges.

• Daily rates are per night inclusive “continental breakfast”.

• Monthly rates are per apartment minimum 30 days stay, maid cleaning, water and electrical charge included.   without B/F 

• Long term rates are available. Electrical charge will be at your cost.

Children Policy: There is no charge for children under 12 year old of age when sharing their parents
rooms with out extra  bed.
Reservation: Initial deposit of the total cost must be received by the residence before a confirmation can be issued. No booking confirmation will be issued between us and guest until funds have been received.
Payment: Bank transfer for reservation only, please pay the balance in CASH upon check in.

Refund & Cancellation :
Cancellations shall only be valid if received in writing by “JUNO RESIDENCE – 129/6 Nanai Road Katoo, Patong, Phuket 83150 Thailand” and the following refunds on your deposit, calculated as from the date of receipt, will be made:

• 60 days prior arrival FULL Deposit Refund.
• 59 days to 30 days prior arrival 40% Deposit Refund
• 29 days to 15 days prior arrival 10% Deposit Refund
• 14 days prior arrival or NO SHOW NO Deposit Refund.
• 30 days prior arrival during Peak Season NO Deposit Refund.

Please note that BANK EXPENSE and SERVICE CHAGES will be deducted from the deposit.
