RATES & CONDITIONS:

• The above rates are net in Thai Baht, inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT and all applicable provincial tax.

• All rates are per room per night based on singe occupancy. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons.

• Daily rates are inclusive “Daily Breakfast”

• Check in Time is at 2:00 PM and check out time is 12:00 noon.

• Late check out from 12:00 noon until 6:00 pm will be charged 50% room rate.

CHILDREN POLICY :

• No room charge for child under 8 years when sharing with parents with out the extra bed (Room only). Maximum 1 child per room.

• 500 Baht per night will be charged for a child requiring and extra bed with free B/F

RESERVATION:

• Initial deposit 50% of the total cost must be received by the JUNO RESIDENCE before a confirmation can be issued.

• NO booking confirmation will be issued between us and guests until funds have been received.

Refund & Cancellation
Cancellations shall only be valid if received in writing by “JUNO RESIDENCE – 129/6 Nanai Road Katoo, Patong, Phuket 83150 Thailand” and the following refunds on your deposit, calculated as from the date of receipt, will be made:

• 60 days prior arrival FULL Deposit Refund.
• 59 days to 30 days prior arrival 40% Deposit Refund
• 29 days to 15 days prior arrival 10% Deposit Refund
• 14 days prior arrival or NO SHOW NO Deposit Refund.
• 30 days prior arrival during Peak Season NO Deposit Refund.

Please note that BANK EXPENSE and SERVICE CHAGES will be deducted from the deposit.

MONTHLY RATES

RATES & CONDITIONS:

• Cleaning : 2 times per week housekeeping cleaning & linen change.
• Electricity expense included up to 1500 Baht per month, further consume will be charged @ 6.00 Baht per unit.
• The daily breakfast is not included.
• Maximum occupancy is 2 persons.
• Check in Time is at 2:00 PM and check out time is 12:00 noon.
• Transportation from Phuket International Airport – TAXI 600 Baht per one way.

PAYMENT:

• We accept CASH in Thai Baht.
• Bank transfer for reservation ONLY, please pay the balance in CASH upon check in.
•  Stay only 1 month, the final payment have to PLUS 10,000 Baht (security deposit) refundable deposit is due and payable immediately at your arrival.
• If you stay  2 months and more, the payment must be done on your arrival and it is subject to 1 month rent deposit plus 1 month anticipate rental fee charged throughout the term of the contract.
